To edit a letter in the Strata Collect
application, please follow the guide
below.
The video below demonstrates the steps for
editing a letter.
Step 1:
Access the Home Screen
Ensure you
are logged into your account and on the
home screen before proceeding.
Step 2:
Navigate to the Letters Tab
From the home screen, click on
the Letters tab to manage and
create letters.
Tip: You can also access
letters through the Matter view,
which is recommended as it aligns with the
matter workflow and allows easier tracking
of related documents.
Step 3:
Open the letter you wish to edit
Locate and open the letter you want
to update to view its current
content.
Step 4:
Make Adjustments and Save
Click the Edit Document (pen icon) to make
changes. You can modify the letter using
standard formatting tools including:
Bold, Italics, and Underline
Inserting media, links, and adjusting layout
Editing prefilled fields as needed
Once your changes are complete,
click Save to update the body of
the letter.
Advanced
Tip: To edit styles, headers, or
footers, click the Options menu (three
dots), then select Edit Styles or Edit Headers/Footers.
Step 5:
Letter Updated
The letter has been successfully
updated. All changes have been saved and are
now reflected in the document for future use
or finalisation.
