To Send a letter in the Strata Collect application, please follow the guide below.

The video below demonstrates the steps for sending a letter.



Step 1: Access the Home Screen

Ensure you are logged into your account and are on the application's home screen.

Step 2: Access the Letters Tab

Navigate to the Letters tab and select the letter you wish to send.
Tip: You can also access letters from within a Matter view. This is the recommended method as it displays related letters, documents, and the matter's workflow progress.

Step 3: Select the letter you wish to send

Click on the relevant letter to view its contents. You may review or make changes as needed.
To send the letter, click the Email button within the StrataCollect application.
Optional: To download the letter manually, click Download PDF to save a copy outside of the system.

Step 4: Fill in the Required Fields

Complete the necessary fields in the email form, including To, Subject, and Body.
Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
The selected letter will automatically be attached as a PDF.

Step 5: Send the Email

Once you're satisfied with the email content and attachment, click Send Email to send it via the StrataCollect mail service.
