The video below demonstrates the steps for
editing a letter.
Step 1: Ensure You Are Logged In and on the Home Screen
Make sure you are logged into your account and are on the home screen.
Step 2: Click Your Icon
Click your icon in the top right corner.
Step 3: Select "My Tenant" or "Switch Tenant"
Select "My Tenant" to view your current tenant, or choose "Switch Tenant" if you wish to view another tenant.
Step 4: Navigate to the "Roles" Tab
Under the selected tenant, navigate to the "Roles" tab to manage tenant-specific roles and permissions.
Step 5: View Existing Roles and Permissions
You can view the existing roles and the permissions applied to each.
Step 6: Create a New Role
To create a new role, select the "+ role" button.
Step 7: Enter Role Details
Enter a name and description for the role. Then, select the relevant permissions that should be applied to this role.
Step 8: Save the Role
Click Save to finish adding the new role. The role will now be created with the selected permissions.
Step 9: Modify User Roles
Under the Users tab, you can modify user roles as required, provided you have the necessary permissions. Simply select the user, then adjust their role or permissions as needed.
