To create a template in the Strata Collect application, please follow the guide below.

The video below demonstrates the steps for creating a template.



Step 1: Ensure You Are Logged In

Ensure you are logged in and on the home screen.


Step 2: Click the "+ Template" Button

Click the "+ Template" button to begin creating a new template.
Tip: You can also create a copy of an existing template by clicking the options menu (three dots) on a current template and selecting Create Copy.


Step 3: Select a Pre-existing Template (Optional)

If desired, select an existing template to use as a base. This allows you to customise an existing structure instead of starting from scratch.
If you prefer to create a completely new template, simply skip this step.

Step 4: Select the "Create Template" Button

Once you've selected a base template (or chosen to start fresh), click the Create Template button to proceed.

Step 5: Template Created

Your new template has been successfully created. You can now begin editing or using it as needed.
Tip: To test your new template, click the options menu (three dots) next to the template and select Test PDF.
