To reset your password for the Strata
Collect application, please follow the guide

The video below demonstrates the steps for
resetting your password.
Step 1: Access the Password Reset Option
On the login page, click "Forgotten Password" to begin the password recovery process. This will redirect you to the password reset page.
Step 2: Submit Your Email
Enter the email address associated with your account in the provided field, then click "Reset Password."
A password reset link will be sent to your email if the address is registered in the system.
Step 3: Return to the Login Page
Click "Continue to Sign In" to navigate back to the login page. You can now check your email for the password reset link.
Step 4: Open the Password Reset Link
Check your email inbox for a message containing a "Reset Your Password" link. Click the link to be redirected to the password reset page, where you can create a new password.
Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 5: Set Your New Password
On the password reset page, enter your new password in the provided field. Then, confirm the new password by entering it again in the confirmation field.
Make sure both entries match and follow any password guidelines provided (e.g., minimum length, special characters).
Step 6: Update Your Password
Click "Update Password" to save your new password. You can now use your updated credentials to sign in to your account.
