To create a matter in the Strata Collect application, please follow the guide below.

The video below demonstrates the steps for creating a matter.



Step 1: Verify You Are Logged In

Ensure you are logged into your account. Additionally, make sure you have already created a location and lot, as these are prerequisites for creating a matter.

Step 2: Navigate to the Matters Tab

From the home page, locate and click the "Matters" tab in the navigation menu. This will take you to the Matters section, where you can manage and create new matters.

Step 3: Create a New Matter

Click the "+ Matter" button to begin creating a new matter. This will open a form where you can enter the necessary details for the matter.

Step 4: Enter Matter Details

Fill in all the required information for the new matter. Please note that fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed before proceeding. Double-check the entered details for accuracy.

Step 5: Save the Matter

Once all required information has been entered, click "Save" to create the new matter. The matter will now be added to the system and available for further management.
