To create a location in the Strata Collect application, follow the steps below.

The video below demonstrates the steps for creating a location.

Note: You must first create a Matter before adding a location.




Step 1: Navigate to the Matter Overview

While you can create a location directly from the Locations tab, we recommend using the Matter overview. This method allows you to view all lots, locations, and related details in one place


Step 2: Begin Location Creation

Within the chosen matter, click + Location to start creating a new location.


Step 3: Enter Location Information

Fill in the required fields for the location.

Note: Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.


Step 4: Save the Location

Once all information has been entered and reviewed, click Save to create the location.
